Sake Steamed Clam

This is one of my favorite Japanese dish.
it’s a clam dish steamed with Japanese Sake(traditional alcohol).

It’s sooo good that I even ordered for an another plate..

This Japanese restaurant is called [Nobunaga] which located in Malate Manila.

You can try other various authentic Japanese dishes and the restaurant will close at 5am so you can stay until late.
